Q is the gentle giant of the team standing at 16.3hh. Q is a 12 year old unraced Thoroughbred gelding, who is Alex’s main competition mount. Q is a very soft, easy-going boy, who just loves being fussed over.

Ricky is a lovely old Thoroughbred cross Quarter Horse gelding, who stands at 14.2hh. Ricky was Alex’s first horse and to this day is still her 'special one'. Ricky has been with Alex for almost two decades and during this time has taught many people to ride. Ricky is in his twilight years now, so enjoys slow and steady rides, making him great for beginners.

Olaf is our blingy off the track boy. Olaf is an 9 year old, 16hh Thoroughbred, who was a very unsuccessful racehorse. Alex, knowing how quiet and sensible Olaf is, purchased him from a student. Olaf is a lovely big horse, who is used for complete beginners starting out on a lead through to more advanced  riders.

Lou is our little white unicorn. Lou is an approximately 15 year old, 13hh, Guy Fawkes Heritage Horse (Brumby!), who was born in the wild. He is a sensitive soul, who, once you’ve earned his trust will love you whole heartedly. Lou is a lesson and saddle club mount, who is a favourite amongst our young students.

Ootsi is a beautiful 21 year old, 14hh Arabian cross pony gelding owned by Tia and Mandy Kennet. Ootsi is a true schoolmaster in every way. Ootsi competed extensively in showjumping in his younger years and has all the buttons. Ootsi is a very educated and very kind pony, who is the perfect confidence booster for young riders - a real little gentleman.

Vegemite, owned by Steve and Jenni at Manning Park Rest, is our most trusted pony for the kids. Vege is a tiny, 10hh Shetland Pony mare, who is very sweet and kind with children and loves being doted on. Vege is used for pony rides, lead line lessons and pony parties.

Ollie is our sweet and sensible school horse. Ollie is a 14.1hh riding pony cross, who has many years of experience being a kids horse. Ollie is a very soft natured boy and is great for kids at all different riding levels and just look at that face! 

Billy, owned by Max, Karin and Paul, first came to us for training and lessons with his young rider Max. Billy ended up staying a little longer and has been generously loaned to us for lessons. Billy is a very affectionate little 13.2hh, 9 year old, quarter pony cross, who absolutely loves attention and cuddles from the kids. 

Casper, the cheeky child, is more the comedian of clan rather than a riding horse. Casper's main role is to get up to a lot of mischief. He's a very sweet, very smart, 12 year old, Welsh Mountain Pony gelding, standing at 13.1hh. Everyone that meets Casper falls in love with him. 

Holly is the beauty queen of the team. Holly is a registered Australian Small Warmblood mare, standing at 15.1hh. Holly is a very sweet girl, who absolutely loves attention (and bossing all the geldings around).

Cult Fiction AKA Honey Bunny, is the newest member of the family. Honey Bunny is our lovely mare Holly's first foal and is by super eventing stallion Wimborne Constable. Honey Bunny has the very important role of greeting and entertaining all our students with her pure cuteness and fun personality.
